Monthly Billing Registrations:
Credit cards will be automatically charged on the 20th of every month for the upcoming month’s lessons. For example, October’s tuition will be processed on September 20th.
Withdrawal from Monthly Billing Registration:
To withdraw from classes, please email info@icmtennis.com at least 60 days prior to your withdrawal. For instance, if you plan to withdraw from lessons at the end of November, you must notify us by September 31st. All withdrawals must occur at the end of a month. While withdrawals can be made mid-month, refunds will not be provided for missed lessons.
Commitment to One Season:
Upon registration, participants (or parents/guardians if registering for a child) agree to commit to at least one full season of tennis lessons, which spans three months. Cancellations or requests for refunds will not be accepted before the end of the season. By registering, you confirm your commitment to the full duration of the season, acknowledging that refunds, partial or otherwise, will not be provided for early withdrawal. This policy ensures consistency and fairness to all participants and allows us to maintain the quality of our programs.
Summer Camps and Seasonal Lessons Cancellation Policies:
– 30 days or more before the program: A full refund, less a $75.00 fee, will be issued if written notification is received 30 business days or more prior to the program start date.
– Less than 30 business days: No refund or credit will be issued if written notification is received less than 30 business days before the program start date.
– After the program has ended: No refund or credit will be issued if written notification is received after the program has ended.
Makeup Classes:
Due to limited court time, we do not offer makeup classes for missed lessons. Similar to other activities like soccer, swim lessons, or hockey, participants do not have the opportunity to make up missed class time.
Cancelled Classes/Class Changes:
While we strive to avoid canceling classes, unforeseen circumstances such as issues on the tennis court or inclement weather may require us to cancel. In such cases, we will schedule a makeup session for you.
ICM Tennis aims to maintain consistent scheduling and instructors. However, occasional scheduling or instructor changes may occur. We will make every effort to keep parents and students informed of any upcoming changes.
– In the event the Government of Canada enforces a mandatory closure and lockdown orders on sport facilities, we will not have any choice other than to stop our classes and we will credit all the remaining sessions until the Government permits us to resume our sessions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
– Participant is removed from the program by the Club staff: If a participant is withdrawn by our staff due to program incompatibility, there will be a pro-rated refund for the balance of the classes, less a $75 fee.
– There are no refunds or credits for missed classes.
