OFFICIAL PROGRAM OVERVIEW
ICM Player Development Pathway
At ICM Tennis Academy – Canada, every player follows a clear, structured, and motivating pathway:
Beginner (B1–B6), Intermediate (IN1–IN6), and High Performance (HP1–HP6).

Development Philosophy
Each level has a specific technical, tactical, physical, and mental focus. At the end of every level,
players are internally assessed by ICM coaches.
If standards are met, players receive an ICM Internal Progress Certificate and move to the next stage.
If not, they continue training at the same level until fully ready.
Progress is based on readiness — not rushing.
