Vaccine Requirements

As of October 1st, 2021, all players ages 12 and older will need to be fully vaccinated (two doses plus 14 days) and provide their proof of vaccination along with a photo ID to enter the facility.
Unvaccinated people under the age of 12 will be permitted to enter the facility without proof of vaccination.
Individuals ages 12 and older who cannot receive the vaccine due to medical exemptions will be permitted entry with a valid doctor’s note.
A negative COVID-19 test or recent COVID-19 infection will not entitle a person to enter the facility.
