Who we are
ICM Tennis runs tennis lessons, camps and programs in Oshawa, Whitby and other cities in Ontario. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and how to reach us about it. Questions: info@icmtennis.com or 647-787-0704.
What you send us through our forms
Our contact, waitlist, volunteer, job, ranking sign-up, newsletter and unsubscribe forms send us the details you type in, such as your name, email, phone number and message. We use them only to answer you, to offer you a spot, or to run the program you asked about. Our staff read them in our office system and receive them by email.
We do not keep your IP address with a form. We keep a scrambled version of it, only to stop spam and repeated automated sending. A resume sent with a job application is stored privately and is never on a public web page.
Registration and payment
Registration and card payment happen on our secure JotForm pages, not on this website. JotForm and its card processor receive the details you enter there, and this website never sees or stores card numbers.
Ranking names
Our public ranking tables show youth players by first name and last initial. A parent or guardian can ask us to change how a name is shown, or to remove it, by emailing info@icmtennis.com.
News by email
We send ICM Tennis news by email only to people who ask for it and confirm their address. When you sign up, we record the date, the wording you agreed to and the IP address you used, because Canadian anti-spam law (CASL) asks us to keep proof of consent. Every email has a link to unsubscribe at once, and you can also use our unsubscribe page.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own for visitors. If you choose "Allow analytics", we load Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel to see which pages help families find a class. If you choose "No thanks", neither loads. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie choices" at the bottom of every page. Our analytics events never include your name, email, phone number or anything you type in a form.
How long we keep it
Contact, volunteer and waitlist messages are kept for up to two years, and job applications and ranking sign-ups for up to one year, then deleted. Email consent records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your copy, corrections and deletion
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by emailing info@icmtennis.com. We answer within 30 days.
